1. Home LED Whitening Kit Returns

Eligibility

  • Only unopened, unused kits in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

  • Opened or used kits, or missing components, are non‑returnable.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery date 

Process

  • Email support with order details.

  • We will issue a return authorisation and provide shipping instructions.

  • The customer covers return postage unless the product is defective.

  • After inspection, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • For approved returns, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

  • If no refund is received after 10 business days of approval, please contact us.

Exchanges & Faulty Product Replacements

  • Defective or damaged kits may be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled no less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Refund Eligibility

  • Due to variation in clinical results, refunds are not guaranteed based solely on cosmetic outcome.
